Thanks to the Missouri Valley Association’s Officials Task Force, the Association now has an Online Officials Meet Registration System. The Online Officials Meet Registration System (OMRS) will make it easy for Missouri Valley Officials interested in officiating at a track & field meet to register for that track & field meet, provided, however, the meet has registered with the Missouri Valley Association. To use the Missouri Valley OMRS, an official must entered their contact information into the OMRS database. After your contact information has been entered into the OMRS database, all you have to register for a meet listed on the Missouri Valley OMRS is to enter your e-mail address to access the system, the indicate the track & field meet you are interested in being an official. You registration will be available to each meet directors.

• Since all officials will be registering for the first time, please click on the “Not registered” link below” to begin the registration process. When you finish registering you will return to this page.
• When you have finished registering, you come back to this page. You will then enter your the e-mail address to begin the process of registering to officiate at each track & field meet listed.
• When you type in your e-mail address, your contact information will appear on the screen. You will then select the track meet at which you would like to officiate. You will next indicate the dates you will be available to officiate. Finally, you will indicate the first and second choice for where you would like to work.
• After you have registered for a meet, will receive a confirming e-mail with the contact information of the meet director. Meet directors will download you information and will know who has registered for their track & field meet.
