In their own words...
Running achievement I am most proud of: My longevity in the sport and how much I still enjoy each day.
Why I run: Being outdoors, experiencing nature, feeling ALIVE and to see just how fast I can run!
Future Goals: This year is the year I am doing all of the "little things necessary to race to my potential in all mountain competitions. A top-10 finish at the World Mountain Running Trophy. Turning 40 next year, I plan on setting my PRs at 5 km, 10 km, and marathon distances.
Favorite quote: "Train dont Strain."
Additional comments/thoughts: As a physical therapist and runner, I plan to combine my distance running experiences and clinical knowledge in order to begin coaching at a private or NCAA level.
